Bid for IJCAI-ECAI-2022

Local AI organization

The Local Organizing Committee is structured with three roles: the chair, the advisory members and the executive members. Both the advisory and the executive committees are composed by researchers from the major Italian Universities and they all represent the Italian Association of Artificial Intelligence. All committee members have substantial experience in the organization of national and international conferences, workshops and schools.

The role of the advisory committee is more organizational and strategic, while the role of the executive board is operational with roles related to sponsorship collection, publicity, exhibition, student volunteer program organization, industrial-related events, financial management, logistics and web site

The whole organizing committee will provide the best possible support to the officials appointed by the IJCAI and EurAI board of trustees. To handle registrations and other related issues the organizing committee will contract a professional conference organizing company.
